CLOSED HEAD INJURY

After a head injury, a whiplash, a stroke, seeing can change dramatically. Reading, driving, and even shopping can become confusing because of problems with eye muscle coordination or loss of any of the other "Visual Abilities" described on the "7 Visual Abilities" web page. For over twenty years, at Cook Vision Therapy Center we have been helping Closed Head Injury patients to experience gains such as the following:

"I am able to read again. This is such a pleasure that I used to enjoy. I am also able to drive at night without fear of having an accident. Even more importantly, I can park the car without hitting the car."
